In summary

Memorigi is a free task manager, to-do list, planner, calendar, and reminder app to help you organize, plan, and accomplish any project. To give you the best possible experience, we collect and store some certain information that lets us tailor our services best. The transmission of the data is secured with HTTPS and we do our best to secure this data from any third party.

Your data

Memorigi uses third-party vendors, services, and hosting partners -all of whom are GDPR-compliant and provide the necessary safeguards required- to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Memorigi. Although Memorigi owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Memorigi application, you retain all rights to your data. We will never share your personal data with a third party without your prior authorization, and we will never sell data to 3rd parties.

Information we collect

We collect information to provide better services to all of our users. The information may be collected in the following ways:

Information you give us. Memorigi requires you to sign in with your Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Twitter, or E-mail Account. When you do, we’ll use personal information, like your name, or email address in order to better serve your needs and personalize your experience.

Analytics and Logs. Analytics is a tool that let us collect more general information, like device model, OS version. We may also collect more detailed information like:

  • details of how you used our service, such as your tasks and lists data.
  • Internet protocol address.
  • location data.
  • device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL.

Subscriptions and Purchases. When you make a purchase or subscribe to one the plans, you may be asked to share certain personal information in addition to what you have provided upon opening your account. Additionally, other information may be required to complete the transaction. This information will be requested on a case by case basis and will be saved only upon your express confirmation in order to enhance your experience using our Service.

Emails and messages from Users. We'll keep emails or any other kind of communications you send us to be able to assist you and resolve any issue or requests as thoroughly as possible.

Calendar data. We offer calendar integration with third-party services like Google. During the integration of your calendar, Memorigi will copy your calendar data into your Memorigi account to provide a deeper integration.

Cookies. We use cookies and other similar technologies in order to improve and personalize your experience.

How we use the information we collect

We use the information we collect from our Services to provide, to maintain, to improve, and to develop new ones.

When you contact us, we keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our Services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements.

You have the right to delete your account and erase your Information at any moment. Upon deleting your account, all your Information will be removed from our systems including any uploaded file. You can delete your account directly from within the app in the Settings / Account section or by contacting
